Returns and Refund Policy Due to the nature of custom-made products, we ONLY accept returns & exchanges on faulty products. Cozyle will make every effort to resolve issues and replace, refund or partially refund the product. They are handcrafted and made for the precise purpose and will of the buyer. Our team fix and connect those sign by hand. Therefore, your custom sign could not be 100% matching with mock-up.
